Is a full-bodied, malty brew. It is a blend of several black teas: most often Assam teas and, less often, other types of black tea. Most commonly, Irish Breakfast tea is drunk with milk, but some prefer to drink it straight or with lemon or sugar. Brewing Instructions: 1 tsp/ cup or as desired. Steep 3-7 minutes 100 Celsius/ 212 Fahrenheit.
